Join me for Reiki Level I.

Think of first level Reiki as a 50-watt light bulb, and the attunement as "turning the light switch on". It connects the student with universal life force and gives them the tools to heal themselves, their family and close friends. Many people have been drawn to Reiki and find that it changes their lives for the better. Reiki brings a sense of purpose, knowledge, direction, calm, and equilibrium into a chaotic world.

In this First Degree Reiki Training class, you will:

• Learn about Reiki energy — what it is, its history, and how it supports healing

• Receive your first symbol and Reiki attunement

• Learn basic procedures and hand positions to give a Reiki treatment

• Learn how to protect your energy

• Meet your Reiki Guides

• Learn about the Human Energy System (chakras, meridians, and aura)

• Practice a full Reiki table session

Upon completion of this training class, you will receive a certificate stating that you are a First Degree White Light Reiki Practitioner.

Although you will be certified, becoming a Reiki Practitioner doesn’t just happen in one day. My group of Shodens (Level I’s) will have direct access to me via a private group chat in Telegram to ask questions and share experiences as well as receive tips and additional helpful information for a year.

In addition, all of my Shodens will receive 30% off unlimited Reiki healing sessions for a year as it is important for Reiki practitioners to continue their own healing process and to take care of their health and well-being. It is also advised that potential students receive a few sessions before the training class because it will be easier on your electrical system.

Please note that Reiki I energy primarily affects the physical level — it’s best used to treat oneself, close friends, and family members, not for public practice.

This training is designed to align with the Spring Equinox. The veil that separates the dimensions becomes thinner and the energy grid of Mother Earth moves into perfect harmony. This gives us the opportunity to take in the energy of equilibrium, unlocking deeper levels of personal growth, insight, connection and renewal.
